At any time during the enrollment process, do not hesitate to reach out to our office - our staff will be more than happy to help you!
1. Pre-Admission Application
If you are interested in your child/children attending Woodland Montessori School, please first complete our Pre-Admission Application and email it to the office (firstname.lastname@example.org). There is no financial obligation to submit a Pre-Admission Application - it just communicates your interest, provides information necessary to determine appropriate classroom placement, and enables us to contact you to offer enrollment when available.
Once we receive your Pre-Admission Application, we will contact you to schedule a tour. Tours usually run 30-45 minutes. We ask that your first visit be without your child. We will gladly schedule another visit for you and your child when he or she can have special time with the teacher.
3. Offer of Enrollment & Immunization Records
Our office staff will be in touch when we are officially ready to proceed with enrollment. Please note: up-to-date immunization records must be submitted prior to the child’s first day.For children entering their kindergarten year, we must have record of the 4-5 year old round of immunizations prior to the first day of school. As your child receives subsequent vaccinations, please submit updated records to the office. You can also have your doctor's office fax them directly to us at (406) 755-7234. All immunization records are reviewed by our office and by the Flathead City-County Health Department. If your child is off-schedule, you will be notified. Children who are off-schedule may attend with a Conditional Attendance arranged with your child's doctor or the Health Department. Please contact the office regarding immunization exemptions.
"An investment in education pays the best dividends." - Benjamin Franklin
In general, students are enrolled for a school year beginning in September. Tuition may be paid annually at a 3% discount or in 10 equal payments charged monthly (July, & Sept-May). Charges for before/after care, other additional services, fees, and/or supplies are applied to family accounts monthly.
A limited number of partial Tuition Assistance grants are available through the Woodland Montessori School Foundation each year. Applications are reviewed and funds awarded in June for the following school year. Tuition Assistance grants are made for one year only and, therefore, you must re-apply each year. If you are interested in a Tuition Assistance grant, please contact the office for more information. We look forward to working with you on your child’s education at Woodland Montessori School!
